Happy thanks for the first snowfall of the season to arrive just before Christmas.
Excitement and thanks for childhood imagination and getting to set out cookies, milk and a handwritten note for Santa by our first fireplace.
Thanks to Santa (aka Dad) who stayed up past midnight to build a wooden crib for his daughter and to manufacture two pieces of the crib that were missing from the box (see natural wood baseboards at bottom of crib -thank you China). Too bad Corilynn will never get to appreciate the long hours late at night in her behalf so that Santa could take the credit.
Thanks to Mom and Dad who got just the right thing this year in a little girl's very own tea set.

A happy thanks to Uncle Sean and Aunt Lisa for getting such a "cool" present for us this year. Lyman has seen this commercial several times and raves about how cool and amazing this special brownie pan is (it cut and separated the brownies into portions). He has wanted us to buy one for sooo long and when we opened this he reiterated all the awesome features of this product including that it is "dishwasher safe." They didn't even know about his obsession with this product.

"Thanks to Sean and Lisa too for my cute outfit" says Ruby, "Sorry I only got to wear it for a few hours because I peed all over it.

"Thank you Aunt Betsy for this cute outfit", says Ruby, "sorry I only got to wear it for an hour because I pooped all over it.

"Thanks Aunt Laura for my yarn cocoon - its so cute on me and I haven't blown my diaper out on it yet!" says Ruby.
Peek-a-boo toes!
And the most thanks of all is for the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ who made celebrating today the most meaningful of all. Merry Christmas everyone!
