Happy Birthday to our Princess Corilynn Olivia! It just doesn't seem like its been 3 years already since she has come to our family. We are so happy to have her and love to see the tender personality that she has. Here are a few things that we love about Corilynn.Lyman: "I love that she plays with me. I love that she plays superheros with me"
Dad: Corilynn's dad loves that she is so feminine. He loves that she enjoys all things princess, motherly and girlie. She is totally wrapped around his finger and he wouldn't have it any other way. Andrew loves to carry Corilynn even if she doesn't need to be carried and will say that he just wants to hold her.
Mom: I love that Corilynn is such a sweet little mommy to all her animals and babies. She loves to pretend to be their mommy and take care of their every need (imagined and real). I love that she wants me to do her hair pretty and paint her nails. I love watching her twirl in front of the mirror when she likes how she looks. I love how she comes to me to cuddle in the morning. I love having her sit behind me and "style" my hair. She always makes it look so pretty. ;) She is a wonderful, sensitive and beautiful little girl.
Here are some pictures of Corilynn opening her presents this morning. Bed head and all. Andrew's friend Kirk from NZ sent some lovely gifts for both Lyman and Corilynn on their birthdays and this is her with her new movie and book from him.
Mommy gave Corilynn some new nail polish. She was pretty excited to get to paint her nails and wanted to do them directly after breakfast.
Corilynn received some really cute clothes from both her Grandparents. Grandma Putnam sent a few outfits and some socks that Corilynn calls her "ice cream socks" - I don't know why because they don't have ice cream on them. Grandma Mackrory sent her some new doggie jammies which she is excited to wear tonight. Most exciting of all is the Tinkerbell card she got from Grandma and Grandpa Mackrory.
Lyman gave her some play people with clothes and cars to drive around. There is a boy and a girl and when we told Corilynn to put the girl in the car and pointed to the driver's seat she said she wanted the girl to sit in the Mommy's spot. So she put the girl in the passenger side. I guess that is where Mommies sit cause Dads always drive.
Daddy gave Corilynn a dollhouse (thank you delightfully fortuitous garage sale). She was really excited to see this and get to put her "kids" in it with all her animals.
Here is another one of Corilyn with one of our favorite smiles. Birthdays are so fun!
Happy Birthday Corilynn! We love you and are glad to see what being 3 brings for you. You are such an essential part of our family and we just couldn't do without you.

She looks so happy! What a beautiful little birthday princess. Give her a hug from us :)
Happy Birthday Corilynn. It looks like she is very well loved and remembered and she is such a cute cute girl!
Happy Birthday Corilynn from both of us! I love the doll's house. Much nicer than I imagined. I had to laugh at the photo of Lyman and Corilynn just above the first doll's house photo. Lyman is sitting exactly the way Andy used to sit (and probably still does).
I love the pictures... You can tell she loves her nail polish.
