Yesterday I made a brown sugar pork roast with fresh cut green beans and mashed potatoes. It was the first time we made it and it was absolutely delightful! We even went as far as taking fancy pants pictures like the food-people do. The caramelizing of the sugar on the roast was perfect and the gravy was a sweet, savory dream.
