Just in case you might be wondering, I am in fact the luckiest person alive. A few years ago for Valentine's Day my dreamboat husband, Andy, got me a book that he entitled "KaraLynne's Valentine Book" where he writes me a Valentines note every year. It has come to be such a fun treat for me each year to have a little love note from my husband as we grow as a couple and as the years become sweeter and more tender together. We don't need Valentine's Day to express to each other how we feel but its nice that there is a day devoted to doing so.

Here are few excerpts from his notes in years past.
(2006) " Well I started off our marriage with a list of reasons why I love you, and since then there are many more I have discovered. I love you because...
...You keep developing your talents.
...You are a good Mom.
...You take time for important things like us and peanut and maintaining friendships.
...You still make me laugh.
... You are really wise and smart.
...You are kind and loving.
...You make me a better person and you are very beautiful.
With all my love, Andy XOXOXOXOXOXO"
(2007) "Happy Valentine's Day! Lately I have been thinking a lot how you amaze me all the time with new things you can do. I never imagined when we got married how lucky I really was to have you. I love you very much and planned our date tonight because it is the kind of date you would plan for me and so I hope you have lots of fun. Love Andy XOX"
So in anticipation of this year's Valentine's Day I would like to state publicly my feelings for my sweet husband.
Dear Andy,
You have always been the type of person I would have wanted to be with. There are so many times I look at you and know that I am with you because you are the only person who could inspire me to be a better person without saying a word. You are always the first to say sorry, I love you or thank you and I am learning from you. Here goes: Sorry - that we cant always spend every day together cause I would like to. I love you - times a million and to the moon and back. Thank you - for working so hard at work and at home to make our family so happy. Ohh and "you've bewitched me body and soul and I love, love, love you"
Love KaraLynne
Happy Valentine's Day everyone - and give your sweetheart a big kiss.

Hi KaraLynne! I hope you don't mind that I found your blog! :) Come visit ours too. I still have my huge bottle of hand sanitizer (from Joshua's baby shower) on the kitchen counter and it even still has the gift ribbon on it...so I'm reminded of you pretty often!
What a cute idea and a fabulous husband!
